Reading Comprehension
Yesterday, my parents and I went to the new restaurant that opened last week in the old town of Alicante, the place where I live in. We arrived there at 09:00 pm and as soon as we entered, a personal staff saw us to our table. Five minutes after we sat in that place, a waiter arrived and shown us the menu. For starters I decided to have a tomato and avocado salad and a chicken soup. For the main course, there were pizzas and a variety of different pasta, there was also swordfish and chips, sirloin with pepper and grilled vegetables. As I am vegetarian, I chose the grilled vegetables and my parents had something different. For desert, there was ice-cream, apple pie and fruit and chocolate fondue. As soon as we asked for the bill, we noticed that it was not too expensive.
